SOONESHOP ApS has the right to refuse access to the website, remove or alter any content, or cancel any orders, based on our own assessment. If we cancel an order you will not be charged for the amount. If the amount already has been withdrawn, this amount will be returned to you.
Registration of personal information
When you submit personal information on Sooneshop.com we handle this information with the utmost caution and respect. When you make a purchase on Sooneshop.com we register your name, address and invoice information in our customer database. This information is stored for 5 years and is not passed on to a third party. SOONESHOP ApS uses log files on the website. Log files are used to register how you navigate the site. This information we can use to make a more simple and enjoyable experience for returning customers. Access to the website
We do the best we can to secure constant access to the website and make sure to limit any breakdowns during withdraws. This we cannot guarantee because of the way the internet is designed. Access to the website can at times be disconnected or limited due to updates.
Your behavior on the website
You are not allowed to use the website in a matter that can result in disconnection or in any way reduce access to the website. You may not use the website for: fraudulent purposes or in connection with any criminal act regarding sending, using or reusing material that is illegal, offensive, indecent, defamation, repulsing or threatening. You may not violate the copyright, trademarks, confidential information or other rights that are harmful for third parties and consist of software-virus, political messages, commercial content, chain letters or email spamming that can result in any inconvenience.

All content on the website, including software, belong to SOONESHOP ApS and is protected by European and international laws of copyright and database rights. The website or part of the website may not be reused, copied, sold or in any other way be used for commercial purposes, without a written consent from SOONESHOP ApS.
Payment
When paying with credit card, current Danish laws are applicable.
Notice that all credit card transactions are conducted by PBS Cards Systems.
Sooneshop.com only sell to people who can pay with a valid credit or debit card. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to purchase items on Sooneshop.com
Events we cannot control
SOONESHOP ApS cannot be held responsible for delays or lack of maintaining its responsibilities due to events beyond our control. This right has no influence on your legal rights.
Orders & confirmation
1. Order confirmation
When you submit an order to purchase an item on Sooneshop.com we will send you a confirmation email, which confirms that we have received your order. This email contains all information about your order.
2. Shipping confirmation
Your purchase is accepted when we ship your order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You have our full acceptance on the order when you receive this shipping confirmation email.
3. Payment confirmation
When the order is shipped from us the purchase amount will be charged. SOONESHOP ApS has ownership of the order until payment has been made. SOONESHOP ApS holds the right to retain any order before shipping for safety purposes.
Shipping
Shipping from SOONESHOP ApS to you is free via GLS. Normally shipments takes 1-2 business days for Denmark and 2-6 weekdays internationally. We aim to ship your purchased products the same day we receive your completed and paid order. In collaboration with GLS, SOONESHOP ApS ships to a select EU countries as listed on our checkout shipping page and in the FAQ.
Return policy
If you for some reason do not wish to keep your purchased item(s), you can return the item(s) in the enclosed return bag or box you receive with your order. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you have received them, and the item(s) must be undamaged and have all original hangtags and labels. SOONESHOP ApS reserve the right to refuse used, damaged or broken items. This right is solely based on SOONESHOP ApS's own judgment. Shipping fees related to returning the purchased item(s) is covered by the customer.
Changing of services and terms
We reserve the right to make changes on Sooneshop.com and within these Terms & Conditions. Your usage of the website and purchases made is subject to the Terms & Conditions of that current time, unless Danish laws demand a change of these Terms & Conditions. If any of these Terms & Conditions are invalid or for some other reason without legal force, the relevant condition will not have influence on the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of rights
If you do not abide by these Terms & Conditions, and we do not take action on the matter, SOONESHOP ApS still maintain the right to take action on separate episodes where the Terms & Conditions were not abided by.
Laws and court venues
All actions and purchases made on Sooneshop.com are subject to Danish laws and will be viewed as a purchase made in Denmark. You accept, just as we accept, to be subject to the Danish non-exclusive court venue decision. This right has no influence on your legal rights.
