Q: Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes, of course.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
We are always working to add more countries to our shipping roster. Presently we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Please send us an email if your country not mentioned so we can look into getting it on there.
Q: Is my information safe?
Safety first! That’s why we use SSL certified (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your personal information and all aspects of your purchase.
Q: What if I want to return a purchase?
With every package you receive, you'll find a return bag included. If you want to return a purchase, you can simply throw the item in the return bag and drop it off at your nearest post office. As soon as we receive the returned item from you, we'll reimburse your full purchase amount. All we ask is that you fill out the return slip (Download) and include it in your return package. This is very important, otherwise we are not able to identify your package, and can therefore not reimburse you. Please return unwanted items within 14 days in the same condition as you received them. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
Q: When will I receive my package?
International shipments are normally delivered within 2-6 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping to Denmark takes 1-2 business days. From our side we promise to process your order as fast as we can.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
When you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, you just have to follow the simple order process. We accept (almost) all credit cards. As soon as we ship your package, we will charge your credit card, not before. All purchases are done through PBS.
Q: Can I change or delete my purchase?
As soon as you receive the “thanks for your order” mail from us, your package is on its way to you. Therefore you can’t change or delete your order at this time. But you are of course welcome to return the purchased items after you have received your package.
